The air filter of cotton harvester is cleaned and maintained every day to ensure the filtering effect and unobstructed flow. Pay attention to adding cooling water, do not make the engine work in a water-deficient state. Tighten bolts and nuts, especially connecting rod bolts, bolts on the drive shaft, locking nuts on the flywheel, and tightening nuts on wheels.
When the new cotton harvester is used in operation, it is necessary to carry out a run-in test run. After running-in, clean the oil filter screen and residual impurities in the oil, replace the oil if necessary, and clean the oil pan.
